Mars is in opposition TONIGHT. And it is the closest it has been in 15 years, when it was the closest it had been in 63,000 years!
\nOf course, I have clouds. Some crazy storm system has been marching across our sky for about a week now and is currently dumping flood-inducing rain on a parched Ireland.
